I hired Jorge Lale to fix my computer in May of 2012. I forget how I learned about his services, but I was lucky to have hired him as he is very good at what he does. He fixed my computer at a reasonable cost and I was good to go. Just recently I experienced another problem with my computer. My computer wouldn’t send a print message to my office network printer and I wasn’t able to print any of my work. I called Jorge to explain my problem and to make an appointment to have him fix my computer. Well, he walked me through a few diagnostic procedures over the phone before he was going to come to my office for the repair, as he felt it was something he could fix over the phone. We eventually made the correction to my computer and it works just fine now. He wished me good luck and didn’t charge me for his time. I told him that I didn’t expect him to work for free as that is how he makes his living. He stated that I was a previous customer of his and that his recent repair was a token of his appreciation for my customer loyalty. I thanked him again and told him that when I find good people in any field, I stick with them. It is hard to find good people to do anything nowadays and even harder to find someone just to return my telephone calls. I felt compelled to write this review for Jorge as he he a very good computer tech. and a very nice person too! Again, Thank you Jorge!

Excellent repair! Fixed my pc which was having issues starting up. Even gave me a speaker for my motherboard that didn’t have one. Super great person very friendly and on time! I recommend him to anyone having pc issues!

We had a Dell laptop that desperately required a clean install of windows. We called ‘Fix your PC’ and Jorge came quickly, promised a quick turn around. 48 hours later we had the laptop and it was like new. Jorge even went above and helped fix our home wifi which he did as an extra. Very happy and would use him again.

I called about a Mac book I just brought which was giving me problems he told me how to fix it over the phone and the problem was so minor and he solved it. The company i brought the laptop from didn’t know how to help me just worthless. I like his honesty he could have me bring my laptop in and charge me but he didn’t thank you.

Received immediate response from Jorge. My Apple personal computer which had water damage was repaired in a relatively short amount of time and saved me the need to purchase a new computer. Jorge goes out of his way to help his clients; he’s knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Jorge is the best computer mechanic my family know’s we’ve been calling him about our computer issues for years. I’ve never had too many problems with my computer because every time I did Jorge would repair it quickly and at a reasonable price. Like really my family is on the poor side and usually if our machines would screw up we’d just deal with it. But not since we met Jorge. He’s fixed my computer fan, and cleaned my system keeping it clear of viruses and even taught me how to maintain my system. When he repairs your PC you won’t get it back and have a tone of new issues afterword, he’s real reliable. 🙂

I reached out to Pc305. Even though no one pick up the call, they made sure to call me back. I explained to the gentleman the issue I was facing which was my WIFI adapter not functioning . They recommended I buy an external USB Wi-Fi adapter instead of coming to their store to fix it. This in turn saved me money! I highly recommend Pc305!

Redland Service Call Jorge was awesome! We called him about my new 2019 Dell computer that had malware. He came out and corrected that problem and that began an odyssey of repairs and data recovery requests. My old 2010 gaming computer now FLIES (faster than my 2019 Dell)! My husband’s 2015 Inspiron is running like a charm (it was a paperweight before Jorge got a hold of it). All now have good malware and better virus protection. Jorge was even able to retrieve all my data from our 2002 Tower and 2006 HP laptop (SATA, so not worth upgrading components). We downloaded all files from our computers and two old external hard drives to one small external hard drive. And even if you know a bit about computers, as my husband and I do, Jorge can still teach you a thing or ten. I chose him based on his other reviews and cannot recommend him highly enough. Fast, knowledgeable, travels to your home, and will let you know if a fix is good or a waste of money!
