Jorge was super helpful. He got my laptop running super efficiently all remotely the same day! Thanks to him I’m able to run Photoshop and use my laptop for it’s intended purpose, without having to spend a lot of money. I called about a Mac book I just brought which was giving me problems he told me how to fix it over the phone and the problem was so minor and he solved it. The company i brought the laptop from didn’t know how to help me just worthless. I like his honesty he could have me bring my laptop in and charge me but he didn’t thank you.
