Does his job like a professional! Quick, great and fair price. Does a great job of keeping you informed on what he is doing. For any of my laptop issues, I will be going to him.

I hired Jorge Lale to fix my computer in May of 2012. I forget how I learned about his services, but I was lucky to have hired him as he is very good at what he does. He fixed my computer at a reasonable cost and I was good to go. Just recently I experienced another problem with my computer. My computer wouldn’t send a print message to my office network printer and I wasn’t able to print any of my work. I called Jorge to explain my problem and to make an appointment to have him fix my computer. Well, he walked me through a few diagnostic procedures over the phone before he was going to come to my office for the repair, as he felt it was something he could fix over the phone. We eventually made the correction to my computer and it works just fine now. He wished me good luck and didn’t charge me for his time. I told him that I didn’t expect him to work for free as that is how he makes his living. He stated that I was a previous customer of his and that his recent repair was a token of his appreciation for my customer loyalty. I thanked him again and told him that when I find good people in any field, I stick with them. It is hard to find good people to do anything nowadays and even harder to find someone just to return my telephone calls. I felt compelled to write this review for Jorge as he he a very good computer tech. and a very nice person too! Again, Thank you Jorge!

This guy’s crazy smart and honest, he came out to my cousin house when we hit a wall and didn’t know what to do. He took his time but was efficient answered all our questions and then some id recommend anyone to use his service I will definitely again.

The gentleman that worked on my MacBook was outstanding. Excellent customer service, and follow up even after the work was completed. He assisted me with some questions unrelated to the work that was done, and I was also able to get same day repairs on my MacBook that I highly rely on for work and school. Great service. I gave him a call and was readily available, drove to me, and in no more than 30-45 minutes and had my computer up and running. Had a lot of knowledge and tips to build my gaming pc experience and is definitely now my go to guy for any of my computer needs.

Wasn’t able to fix my rig but Jorge was a very helpful and concerned man. Genuinely a nice and honest guy but unfortunately my case was more severe and needed my motherboard to be replaced. But he said he will keep in contact and help me when my new parts ce In for my computer. Thankyou Jorge.
