We called Jorge Lale because we were having problems with an Apple Laptop. He came to our house almost immediately. He knew exactly was he was doing and we took the opportunity to have hi look at problems with other computers including a desktop. He solved all the problems. He is a gentle, easy going, knowledgeable young man. We dropped the Geeks and are now doing all of our computer issues with Jorge.

Called him to repair an old PC i had, best buy had quoted me over 200 dollars, he solved the issue quickly, efficiently, with no BS at almost half the price. Does housecalls highly recommend.

I hired Jorge Lale to fix my computer in May of 2012. I forget how I learned about his services, but I was lucky to have hired him as he is very good at what he does. He fixed my computer at a reasonable cost and I was good to go. Just recently I experienced another problem with my computer. My computer wouldn’t send a print message to my office network printer and I wasn’t able to print any of my work. I called Jorge to explain my problem and to make an appointment to have him fix my computer. Well, he walked me through a few diagnostic procedures over the phone before he was going to come to my office for the repair, as he felt it was something he could fix over the phone. We eventually made the correction to my computer and it works just fine now. He wished me good luck and didn’t charge me for his time. I told him that I didn’t expect him to work for free as that is how he makes his living. He stated that I was a previous customer of his and that his recent repair was a token of his appreciation for my customer loyalty. I thanked him again and told him that when I find good people in any field, I stick with them. It is hard to find good people to do anything nowadays and even harder to find someone just to return my telephone calls. I felt compelled to write this review for Jorge as he he a very good computer tech. and a very nice person too! Again, Thank you Jorge!

The gentleman that worked on my MacBook was outstanding. Excellent customer service, and follow up even after the work was completed. He assisted me with some questions unrelated to the work that was done, and I was also able to get same day repairs on my MacBook that I highly rely on for work and school. If you are in the Miami area I definitely recommend the service. You will not be disappointed!
